How to cook cheesecake at home

  1. Put 5 pieces of digestive biscuits into a plastic bag and crush them. I didn’t have a rolling pin, so I used a small oil-consuming glass bottle to crush them. Add appropriate amount of water, spread it evenly on the bottom of the mold, and press it flat.

  2. The cream cheese can be heated in the oven to soften it quickly. Add sugar (the amount is added according to personal taste) and stir evenly.

  3. Add the eggs one at a time and mix thoroughly before adding the second one.

  4. Mix well and add the second egg.

  5. After the cheese and eggs are mixed evenly, add the sifted flour. Continue to stir evenly.

  6. Pour the stirred mixture into the mold containing the digestive biscuit base. I used the water bath method, filled the baking pan with water, and placed the mold on the baking pan. I forgot to take a photo.

  7. Finished product.

  8. Just put whatever fruits you have at home and decorate them as you like. It will be eaten soon anyway, hehe.
