[Note]: Prepare the pumpkin puree in advance. Peel and wash it and steam it in a Kayi steamer. Meat mode, 100 degrees, 15 minutes. When steaming the pumpkin puree, make sure no moisture enters. (You can cover it with plastic wrap) Otherwise it will affect the cake effect. After steaming, make pumpkin into puree and set aside. After the egg whites are separated, cover them with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator until they are ready to be whipped.

Add sugar and pumpkin puree to the egg yolks.
