Overview
Fish Sandwich~~~~ I really don’t know what kind of fish it looks like, so I just don’t call it a fish at all. I felt the color was a little off after I painted the fish scales, so I wanted to decorate the middle with tomato sauce, but I saw that I had run out, so I peeled some carrots and put them on. My hands kept shaking when I put them.

Get the ingredients ready.

Boil the eggs in the pot.

Cut the toast into fish shapes with kitchen scissors.

Spread a layer of bitter chrysanthemum on top.

Place an appropriate amount of tomatoes on top of the bitter chrysanthemum.

Squeeze over Kewpie dressing.

Top with cheese.

Add egg slices again.

Cut a "head dividing line" out of seaweed.

Put the Kewpie dressing into a piping bag.

Cut out a dot for an eye and cut a small round piece of seaweed for an eyeball.

Use a little bitter chrysanthemum as seaweed, cut a few round slices from bread, and squeeze salad on top to serve as bubbles. Then squeeze salad on top of the fish to serve as fish scales and garnish with carrots.
