Stir-fried Chicken Hearts with Chili
Overview
The chicken hearts are chewy and stir-fried with chili. It’s so fragrant. Although it is said to be a home-cooked dish, I personally think that a flavorful dish is the most suitable for the family to share.

Cut open the chicken hearts you bought, wash them, and add a small spoonful of salt

tablespoon soy sauce and marinate for about 20 minutes.

chili peppers, mine is a relatively large chili pepper

Cut into large pieces

Pour oil into the pot, preferably a little more

If the fire is stronger, add the chicken hearts and fry them first

Then add the peppers and stir-fry together, cover the pot, cook over medium heat, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring several times in the middle to prevent sticking to the pot.

Finally, add salt and chicken essence, and take off the pot.
