  1. Ingredients: light soy sauce, fish with cooking wine (wash it, add salt, chicken essence, a little cooking wine and marinate for ten minutes) cut dry chili into small pieces, onion, scallions, garlic and ginger, mince them separately and set aside.

  2. Pat the marinated fish in dry flour.

  3. Fry the battered fish until golden brown on both sides, drain the oil and set aside!

  4. I ate one secretly. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

  5. Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the minced onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant.

  6. Add dried chilies (the amount of dried chilies depends on personal preference...) and stir-fry until fragrant.

  7. Add the fried fish and arrange it, cook a little light soy sauce, stir-fry for a while and it is ready. You can also add some white sesame seeds to make it more fragrant. (I just ate it and forgot to take a photo of the plate...)
