Prepare the wontons, whether they are freshly wrapped or frozen. Prepare the quantity according to the number of people. Wash and cut the coriander into sections. Soak a little shrimp skin and seaweed in a bowl of water until soft. (We’ve run out of shrimp skin today, so it will be more delicious)
-
Boil a pot of water, add wontons, stir briefly to avoid sticking.
-
After it is cooked for 8 seconds, add the soaked seaweed and shrimp skin and cook for a while to make it easier to cook. Add appropriate amount of salt and serve.
-
Serve in a large bowl, add coriander, and drizzle in a little sesame oil. This is the key point. The coriander and sesame oil are extremely fragrant and delicious.
