Air Fryer Grilled T-Bone Pork Chops
Overview
The so-called air fryer is just a heating head that rotates above the pot to heat food. The maximum temperature of my air fryer is 400°F, and the maximum time is 30 minutes. It has certain limitations. If the food needs to be reheated, it needs to be reset. If you can use it flexibly, it can still do a lot of work. It is very convenient to bake a small amount of food. It does not need to open a large oven and saves some energy.

Steps
-
Trim the edges and corners of the meat. The pork chop is too big, so cut it in two.
-
Pound both sides with a meat mallet.
-
Then use a meat needle to insert on both sides.
-
Make a few cuts around the meat to prevent the meat from bulging in the middle when heated, as shown in Figure 4, especially when frying in a pan, don't forget this step.
-
Put the pork chops in a bowl, add 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper, and rub each pork chop evenly.
-
Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, knead evenly, and put it in a storage box. If you are not in a hurry to use it, you can put it in the refrigerator overnight. If you are in a hurry, you can let it sit for about 30 minutes before cooking.
-
Place a steaming vegetable rack in the air fryer so that the meat does not have direct contact with the bottom of the pot, which is difficult to wash. Then place the meat on the rack with a layer of vegetable oil on the surface of the meat. Set it to 400°F for about 20 minutes. When the time is up, pull out the container and check whether the meat is cooked. If the meat is already seven to eight times cooked, you can flip it over and bake again. Brush another layer of vegetable oil on the surface, set the same temperature, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. However, each fryer has a different brand, different space, different actual heating temperature, and the thickness of each piece of meat is different. The setting time depends on the maturity of the meat. In short, if the meat is not cooked, bake it again until it is done.
