First slice the ham, soak the dried bamboo shoots, and set aside the garlic sprouts for later. Steam the glutinous rice in the rice cooker.

Then add oil, put the ham and bamboo shoots into the wok and stir-fry like stir-fry. After 1 minute, pour the cooked glutinous rice in and stir-fry together. The ham is salty, but you still need to add an appropriate amount of salt.

Finally add the garlic leaves and bring to the pot.
