Tomato meatball soup

Put the meatballs into a pot with cold water, add cooking wine and ginger slices to the pot, blanch them, rinse and take them out and set aside.

Cut the skin of the tomatoes into cross-sections, blanch them in boiling water, peel and cut into fine cubes and set aside.
