Wash the mushrooms and set aside.

Cut the meat into slices and cut the green garlic leaves into sections.

Slice mushrooms.

Add the meat slices to the hot pan with cold oil and stir-fry until it changes color. Add cooking wine and very fresh soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

When the soup is still wet, add the mushroom slices and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the water comes out and the mushroom slices become slightly soft, add appropriate amount of salt.

Cook for a while.

When the soup is running low, add the green garlic leaves.

Stir fry and serve.
