Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare 6 kinds of materials
-
Soften 50 grams of butter, add 40 grams of powdered sugar, add 1 gram of salt, beat with a whisk until smooth, no need to beat
-
Slowly add the egg liquid in portions
-
Add twice sifted low-gluten flour
-
Knead it into a dough. You don’t need to knead it for too long, just knead it evenly
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangular shape
-
Use a heart-shaped mold to press out the shape
-
Pressed 20 heart-shaped dough sheets
-
Put in the oven, full heat, middle layer, 160 degrees, bake for 12 minutes
-
I made the extra dough into a button shape because it was relatively thin. Bake at 155 degrees, full heat, middle layer, for 9 minutes
-
Steam milk chocolate until softened
-
The baked heart-shaped biscuits are dipped in chocolate on both ends and placed on the shelf
-
Use a chocolate pen to draw eyes and mouth (or use a plastic bag to cut a small opening to draw a smile)
-
Once the chocolate is dry, you can eat it and store it in a box
