  1. Prepare 6 kinds of materials

  2. Soften 50 grams of butter, add 40 grams of powdered sugar, add 1 gram of salt, beat with a whisk until smooth, no need to beat

  3. Slowly add the egg liquid in portions

  4. Add twice sifted low-gluten flour

  5. Knead it into a dough. You don’t need to knead it for too long, just knead it evenly

  6. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangular shape

  7. Use a heart-shaped mold to press out the shape

  8. Pressed 20 heart-shaped dough sheets

  9. Put in the oven, full heat, middle layer, 160 degrees, bake for 12 minutes

  10. I made the extra dough into a button shape because it was relatively thin. Bake at 155 degrees, full heat, middle layer, for 9 minutes

  11. Steam milk chocolate until softened

  12. The baked heart-shaped biscuits are dipped in chocolate on both ends and placed on the shelf

  13. Use a chocolate pen to draw eyes and mouth (or use a plastic bag to cut a small opening to draw a smile)

  14. Once the chocolate is dry, you can eat it and store it in a box
