Waterless Sponge Honey Chicken Cake
Overview
My mother loves this cake very much. I found out that I bought a bag of free-range eggs tonight and one of them broke, so I made the cake despite being afraid of the dark. The yolks of the two native eggs are quite large, like duck eggs!
