First use the rice cooker to cook the porridge. Pour the porridge into the cooking pot.

Cut the chicken breast into strips and marinate with starch and cooking wine. Mince the ginger.

Put the minced ginger in the pot and bring to a boil, then turn to low heat.

Add chicken breast and cook until it changes colour.

Crush the preserved eggs with chopsticks and put them into the pot. Adjust salt, add oyster sauce, and stir continuously. Do not stir when adding any ingredients before this to avoid burning the pot.

Wash and chop the chicken lettuce, put it into the pot and stir for 2 minutes.
