  1. First cook a pot of white porridge: bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for about 20 minutes. If you like a thicker texture, simmer for a longer time

  2. Slice the lean meat, marinate with a little salt, sesame oil, and starch for about 15 minutes. (When buying pork fan bones, remove the excess lean meat from the bones. The meat around the bones will taste more delicious.)

  3. Fresh mint leaves grown at home, washed and boned, leaving the leaves
