Cheese Baked Sweet Potatoes
Overview
The soft, glutinous and sweet sweet potatoes are baked together with cheese. When the finished product comes out, it attracts many foodies to watch. I can’t wait to eat one of them just after it is baked. The taste is so delicious that it is bubbling. 😜😜This amount is the amount of a large sweet potato. If you want to make more, double the amount of all the ingredients. The amount of cheese can be increased or decreased according to personal taste. The more cheese I like, the more I like it ^_^

Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them in half.

Pour water into the pot, put in the sweet potatoes, steam the sweet potatoes over high heat and take them out.

Scoop out the sweet potato flesh from each piece of sweet potato and put it in a separate basin. (Don’t dig the sweet potato skin too thoroughly)

Mash the dug out sweet potato flesh, add milk and sugar and mix well.
