Egg-filled pancake
Overview
I used to like to eat one of their egg-filled pancakes on the way to work. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. They add some shredded kelp, shredded potatoes and some hot sauce. It’s really delicious! Unfortunately, due to demolition, I don’t know where this breakfast stall has moved now... I vaguely remember that the boss did this...

Take the mixed dough and roll it into a long shape.

Roll out into a round cake

Heat a pan and pour in a small amount of oil. Fry until the center of the dough bulges. Use chopsticks to break it. Layer the dough into capsules as much as possible to make it easier to pour in the egg liquid

Wait for the eggs to take shape, then flip and fry until golden brown.
