  1. Ingredients: cabbage, vermicelli

  2. chopped green onion, garlic

  3. Shred cabbage

  4. Soak the vermicelli in boiling water till soft and set aside

  5. Pour oil into the wok, add chopped green onion, and stir-fry garlic until fragrant.

  6. Add cabbage and stir-fry

  7. Stir-fry until the cabbage changes color, add steamed fish soy sauce, and continue to stir-fry. Stir-fry the cabbage evenly and then add the soaked vermicelli.

  8. Stir-fry until evenly colored.

  9. Add a pinch of salt.

  10. Continue to stir well.

  11. Serve on a platter. It's ready to eat.
