【Tea Egg】
Overview
The tea eggs I made last time were made from Tieguanyin green tea. This time I changed it to black tea without adding soy sauce. It was just as delicious. Ever since I bought Jade Dragon Snow Mountain Essential Oil Rose, I have fallen in love with tea eggs.

Have materials ready. Ginger forgot to put it in to take pictures.

Wash the eggs and cook them in a pot under cold water.

Let cool and crack into cracks to taste.

Put the eggs into a cooking pot. The rice cooker I used can also be used to cook soup.

Put in all ingredients.

Add 2 pieces of ginger, add water and appropriate amount of salt. After boiling, turn off the heat and wait until the next morning to eat.
