Stir-fried leeks in pork rib soup

I harvested the leeks I grew myself for the first time this year. Instead of using oil for frying, I just used the soup from which the pork ribs were stewed, which was relatively light. As my fat loss diet.

Pick and clean.

Take the ribs and bone broth and add salt.
