Remove the white tendons from the pork liver and cut into thin slices. Add white vinegar and soak for about 30 minutes. Then rinse with cold water several times and set aside. Wash the spinach and blanch it.

Add cooking wine, salt, and cornstarch to the pork liver slices, stir evenly, and marinate for flavor.

Heat oil in a hot pan, add pork liver slices and stir-fry until cooked.

Add an appropriate amount of water to boil and remove an appropriate amount of foam. Add soup stock and spinach.
