Ginger hits milk
Overview
Ginger milk is originated from traditional folk delicacies in the Pearl River Delta. The taste is mellow and smooth, sweet and slightly spicy, with a unique flavor and a stomach-warming and surface-heating effect. Ginger juice solidifies when it comes into contact with milk. It was the first time I made it and it felt like a magical dessert! After I made it, I ate it up in just a few bites. It was so delicious. It’s so comfortable to eat when the weather is cold.
