Steps

  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. Soak lotus seeds, lilies and lotus seeds in boiling water for two hours.

  3. Put the four ingredients into the stew pot and fill it with 80% water.

  4. Steam over water for 20 minutes.

  5. After steaming, turn off the heat, take out the stew pot, and add yellow rock sugar. The amount is based on your own taste.

  6. Stir to melt the yellow rock sugar.

  7. It tastes better chilled.
