Drain the cornmeal with cold water.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the noodles, add salt (a little bit is enough to remove the beany smell of the noodles) and cook until soft.

Add the drained cornmeal and bring to a boil.

Cook over low heat for another 5 minutes until the polenta becomes thick.
