Prepare materials

Pour the milk and caster sugar into a bowl, heat over water and stir constantly until the caster sugar melts, then cool until it is not hot to the touch.

Pour the eggs into the milk and stir evenly with a whisk to make the pudding liquid.

Sieve the mixed pudding liquid 2-3 times.

Let the sifted pudding liquid stand for half an hour

Pour hot water into the baking pan to at least half of the pudding liquid (water bath method), then put the baking pan into the preheated oven, middle rack, 165 degrees, for 30 minutes, until the pudding is solidified.

Pour an appropriate amount of caramel on top of the baked pudding. According to your own taste, you can add more if you like sweetness.
