Cut the beans into cubes, add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for 20 minutes.

Pour away the water in the pickled beans (you can also squeeze out a little water from the beans with your hands)

Add oil to the wok, add the beans when the oil is hot, and stir-fry for five minutes.
