Prepare pure milk, yogurt, and sugar. (The ratio of milk to yogurt is 1:5. If you like it thicker, you can use 1:4)

Before making yogurt, first put the container that will be used to ferment the yogurt into boiling water, rinse it thoroughly, and drain the water. (If there are still water droplets when using it, wipe it dry with kitchen paper)

Pour the milk into the milk pot.

Add appropriate amount of sugar and cook over low heat until the milk slightly boils and the sugar melts. (The amount of sugar depends on your preference. It is not recommended to add too much, but if you don’t add it, the yogurt will not be sweet enough)

Stir with a spoon while cooking. Remove the boiled milk and let it cool until it is not hot to the touch.

Add 100 grams of yogurt.

Mix well.

Pour into a container that has been sterilized in advance and is free of oil and water.

Put it in the oven, turn on the fermentation function of the oven, and ferment for about 4 hours.

The fermented yogurt is white, tender, delicate and smooth.
