I'm usually used to stewed fish soup, so today I'm going to make a different dish. Really surprised, very delicious, very tender, smooth and fragrant, not fishy or greasy

Slaughter the carp, remove the internal organs and wash it

Cut into pieces, add salt, and marinate with cooking wine to remove the fishy smell

Slice onion, ginger and garlic and prepare fish stew ingredients

Heat the pan with cold oil and add onion, ginger and garlic

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and add the fish pieces. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 30 minutes
