The moist snow pear and snow fungus
Overview
I like to eat moist snow fungus the most. I thought it was a problem with the type of snow fungus before, but later I found out that it is not the case. Any type of snow fungus can be boiled to a crisp. It tastes not crispy, but very moist. That means you must cook it for a longer time, alternate between high and low heat, and soak in water for a longer time before cooking
