Prepare the ingredients, soak the gelatine sheets in cold water in advance, drain the water and set aside.

Put the mango pulp, milk and passion fruit pulp together in a blender and blend.

Strain once and remove the core of the passion fruit.

Add the filtered mango liquid to the sugar, heat it in a pot over low heat, stir while heating, and stir until the sugar melts, without boiling. Let it cool to about 50 degrees, add gelatine sheets and stir to melt.
