Eggplant with soy sauce
Overview
The weather is hot in summer, which makes people lose their appetite. Using southern long eggplants to make a dish of eggplant with sauce (of course it is impossible to make only one dish for each meal) is similar to a hot dish, it is cool and delicious.

I bought 5 southern slender eggplants and washed them.

Boil water and steam for 8 to 10 minutes.

Take out the steamed eggplant and let it cool (it doesn’t have to be steamed too much).

Chop the green pepper into pieces, slice the small red pepper, and mince the garlic.

Place lettuce on the bottom and tear the eggplant into strips and serve on a plate.

Sauté the chili sauce in the pan.

Place in a bowl and let cool.

Sprinkle the minced garlic, chopped green pepper, and red pepper rings evenly on the eggplant.

Pour the spicy sauce on the eggplant. The eggplant is delicious and goes well with rice.
