Peanut Cranberry Nougat
Overview
The marshmallow version is very simple and delicious. I didn’t take pictures of the frying process, but it does not affect the operation. If you like it harder, you can reduce the butter by 5-10 grams. I like it soft and easy to bite.

Melt half of the butter over low heat, add marshmallows and stir-fry until melted and stringy.

Add milk powder, mix well and turn off the heat.

Add chopped peanuts and cranberries, mix well.

Pour onto the greased paper and shape into a square about 1 cm thick.

Leave to cool slightly and cut into pieces. I add 5 grams more butter to the recipe. The prepared nougat is relatively soft, so it doesn’t matter if you cut it into a larger size. It’s easy to bite.

Wrapped in sugar paper for easy storage.
