Caterpillar Sandwich

Overview

For breakfast today, I changed the shape of the sandwich.

Prepare raw materials.
Soak the strawberries in salt water and wash them.
Wash and cut the purple cabbage into shreds and arrange it on the plate like a caterpillar.
Put the Kewpie dressing into a piping bag.
Squeeze the dressing over the purple cabbage.
Cut the toast slices into rounds using a round mold.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and cut into small slices.
On the purple cabbage, arrange the caterpillar shape according to the pattern of a piece of toast, a piece of tomato, and a piece of lettuce.
Finally, leave a piece of tomato to make the head of the caterpillar, use two pieces of purple cabbage for its tentacles, use salad dressing to draw the eyes and nose of the caterpillar, and use a piping bag to pipe salad dressing on the body.
Cut the strawberries into small pieces, sprinkle some on the caterpillars, and put some aside for decoration.
