Place the peanuts in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for a few minutes. Just listen to the crackling sound of the peanut skin and start to crack

Then peel the peanuts and roll them into half powder and half granular state for later use

Whisk egg yolks, corn oil, and powdered sugar together

Stir until sugar and oil are emulsified

Sift in tapioca starch and cake flour

Use your hands to grab a round ball, place it directly on the baking sheet and flatten it slightly. Brush a layer of egg wash on top
