Simple version of tomato pasta
Overview
The hot summer is here, and I really don’t want to stay in the kitchen. But the food problem must be solved, so Yu seemed to think of this simple version of spaghetti. I learned a lot of dishes from everyone in Gourmet World, and I have a deep affection for Gourmet World. From a little rookie who would stick to the pan when cooking anything, he has grown up to now. Great people in the food world have taught me countless little knowledge and skills in cooking. This time I will also submit an answer sheet. I researched this simple version at home and found it very convenient to make in summer, so I would like to share it with everyone~!

I made it for two people, if it is for one person you can use one tomato. I use Merlin’s luncheon meat. I forgot the luncheon meat when I took the picture.
-
We first put water in the pot, then cover it and bring it to a boil. While waiting for the water to boil, you can first cut the tomatoes into small dices or hob pieces.
-
Then cut the lunch meat into small pieces (I cut it into different sizes==)
-
After the water boils, add the pasta.
-
While the noodles are cooking, we can stir-fry the sauce. Heat peanut oil (unsalted butter is also acceptable) in a pan, then sauté the tomatoes over high heat. Fry the tomatoes to release the water and collect the juice.
-
When the juice is reduced, the noodles are almost ready. Take them out and run them through cold water.
-
Add tomato paste and half a spoonful of salt to the collected tomato paste according to personal taste. Then put the noodles in, mix well over medium heat and add one and a half tablespoons of salt.
-
Because the luncheon meat I bought was already cooked and already salted, I finally put the luncheon meat slices in and mixed well over low heat. Then you can load it up ~ you’re done!
