Soften the butter, add powdered sugar and salt. Beat with a whisk until smooth. (Figure 1)

Beat the eggs and add the butter in 2-3 batches, stirring each time until completely combined. (Figure 2)

Sift together the flour and baking powder. Stir evenly and knead into a ball. When stirring, stir from bottom to top. Do not stir in circles. (In this step, the brown dough is mixed with flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and kneaded into a ball. The other steps are the same as above.) Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. (Figure 3)

Spread a layer of plastic wrap on the countertop, place the dough on the plastic wrap and roll it into a thin slice about 0.5 cm thick, (Picture 4)

Use the panda mold to make shapes on the brown dough and tear off the excess dough. (Figure 5)
