Summer table minced meat, loofah and egg drop soup
Overview
Summer is here, and I have no appetite, so soup is a must. Unlike winter, it is a lighter meal. Yesterday I went home and saw a lot of tender loofahs in my grandpa's vegetable field, so I picked a few. I used to fry them and eat them a lot. This time I thought it would be good to have a soup at noon. Luffa soup with minced meat and egg drop is a common home-cooked dish. It is simple, quick and delicious. Luffa clears away heat, detoxifies, resolves phlegm, whitens, and has a refreshing and tender taste.
