Overview
I got French lamb chops from small-tailed lamb last week, and I only had time to cook them this week. I only used sea salt, rosemary, and black peppercorns to marinate them, and then fried them in olive oil for three minutes on both sides. It was absolutely delicious. A bag cost 7 yuan.
