Wolfberry Leaf Pork Offal Soup
Overview
I really like to drink Guangdong’s Badao Soup, which is pork offal soup. The rice noodles made with this soup are very delicious, but we don’t make them all at home, so we learn to make soup with a few simple ingredients, so that the taste is also delicious.

Steps
-
Wash the pork intestines with flour and water, and wash the inside as well. Soak the pork liver and intestines in ginger water several times (change the water halfway), wash the lean meat, and wash and drain the wolfberry leaves.
-
Cut the noodle soup into sections, and slice the lean meat and pork liver.
-
Pork liver is marinated with cooking wine, a small amount of light soy sauce and starch.
-
Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil. It is better to use stock.
-
When boiling water, marinate the lean meat with a small amount of oil and light soy sauce.
-
Pour the rice rolls and ginger into the boiling water and cook together.
-
Add the lean meat and cook for about ten minutes. When it is almost cooked, add the pork liver.
-
Add appropriate amount of salt, oil and chicken essence to taste. Add wolfberry leaves before serving, soak for a while and turn off the heat. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
