Chicken Nei Jin Jiao Mo (traditional delicacy of Zhumadian)
The fried steamed bun with chicken inside is the most authentic traditional snack in our Zhumadian store. The baked steamed bun is fragrant, crispy and healthy. It also has the therapeutic effect of strengthening the spleen and eliminating food. It is generally used to treat excessive food in children. Nowadays, on the dining tables of our high-end restaurants in Zhumadian, chicken gizzard buns have become an indispensable noodle dish. Men should eat one or two pieces of chicken gizzard buns before drinking. It can not only reduce the irritation of alcohol on the stomach, but also strengthen the spleen, stomach and liver. Golden Jiao Mo with Chicken Nei has moved from a local delicacy to urban dining tables and is becoming more and more popular among people.

Chicken noodle soup
Braised noodles are a Henan specialty noodle dish that is also very well-known. In our area, no matter the streets, various food stalls, or even restaurants, there will be this kind of noodles, and there are countless braised noodle restaurants. Almost everyone in Henan loves to eat braised noodles. Those who are away from home all year round must have a bowl of braised noodles once they return to their hometown, because it is the taste of hometown. My family also loves to eat braised noodles, and I am quite good at making braised noodles. Haha, Lao Wang sold melons once. I have posted mutton braised noodles before, which is the most common braised noodles. Today I will change it up and make chicken noodle soup. It's just that the requirements for this chicken soup are slightly higher. It must be domestically raised, or at least free-range. What I used today was an old hen that I had raised for 2 years in the mountains. The soup I made with it was, in one word: fragrant!

Doumo
Doumo is a special delicacy in Henan. It originated in Anyang. Now you can see this snack in many places in Henan. Every breakfast market here has this snack. I personally like it very much. If my husband is asked to choose breakfast, his most common choice is tofu. In fact, making bean foam is not complicated. You just need to soak the millet in water and cook the peanuts and soybeans the night before. It usually takes 10 minutes to make it in the morning. Dou foam is actually made from ground millet. It is called dou foam because cooked soybeans and peanuts are added to it. Some seasonal vegetables should be added to the bean foam, such as spinach, carrots, etc. Because it is the harvesting season for wild vegetables and there is no time to wait, and in order to participate in the event, I added some Malantou. Malantou itself has no special taste, so it is also suitable for adding to bean paste. If you also like it, just make a bowl of nutritious and delicious bean foam at home with simple ingredients.
