It also has the therapeutic effect of strengthening the spleen and eliminating food. It is generally used to treat excessive food in children. Nowadays, on the dining tables of our high-end restaurants in Zhumadian, chicken gizzard buns have become an indispensable noodle dish. Men should eat one or two pieces of chicken gizzard buns before drinking. It can not only reduce the irritation of alcohol on the stomach, but also strengthen the spleen, stomach and liver. Golden Jiao Mo with Chicken Nei has moved from a local delicacy to urban dining tables and is becoming more and more popular among people.

  1. Put the washed sesame seeds into the wok, stir-fry over medium-low heat until sesame seeds can be easily crushed with your fingers, then turn off the heat.

  2. Quickly pour it onto the pot (or chopping board) and let it cool.

  3. Pour the washed and sun-dried chicken giblets into the pot and bake using the remaining heat of the pot.

  4. Crush with a food processor (or roll with a rolling pin) and sift. Pour the flour, chicken giblets, salt, and sesame seeds into the basin.

  5. Mix well and use chopsticks to stir into dough while pouring water.

  6. Knead the dough with your hands, cover it (or with plastic wrap) and let it rest for about 20 minutes.

  7. Knead the dough smooth.

  8. Divide the ingredients and roll into long round strips.

  9. Cut into small pieces of about 35-40 grams, roll them into balls, and cover them with a damp cloth (or plastic wrap) to prevent dry skin.

  11. Use a small rolling pin to roll the dough into round slices of the same thickness and size (the thinner, the better, the thinner the dough, the more burnt it will be. The thickness is about the same as sesame seeds, or even thinner than sesame seeds).

  12. After preheating the electric baking pan, add the round slices.
