Lasagna Bolognese
Lasagna is a type of wide pasta, usually filled with tomato meat sauce. Although each layer has the same fillings, the texture of each layer is different. The earliest written record of lasagna can be traced back to a fourteenth-century Neapolitan manuscript called the Book of Cookery, which records that the lasagna was cooked, layered with various spices and grated cheese, and then fired. I used homemade lasagna dough. There are two ways to make lasagna dough. One is to fry the batter, spread it in the middle of the meat sauce and then bake it. The finished product is relatively soft. The other method is to roll the dough into sheets, boil them and then lay them out. The finished product can be cut into pieces after being demoulded, making it easier to share.

Yogurt multigrain bread pudding
I was tired of eating sweet bread pudding, which was hard with whole-wheat rusk, and I fried tomato meat sauce at home. I suddenly got the inspiration and came up with this. Ordinary bread pudding, baked with only eggs and milk, is a bit greasy in the end. Adding sugar-free yogurt can improve the taste and make it more refreshing.

Italian Butterfly Powder Farfalle
Farfalle means butterfly powder or butterfly noodles. It was written on the packaging of the pasta. I didn’t know what it meant at first, but I found out after checking it online. At the same time, the packaging also said that it is called Bowties, which means bow ties. I can’t help but think of the collars of Tsang Yam-quan and Chiang Dawei. People from Cantonese and Hong Kong also call them Bowies (transliteration), haha. With beef red sauce in hand, how about making a dish of Italian delicacies?
