Yogurt multigrain bread pudding
Overview
I was tired of eating sweet bread pudding, which was hard with whole-wheat rusk, and I fried tomato meat sauce at home. I suddenly got the inspiration and came up with this. Ordinary bread pudding, baked with only eggs and milk, is a bit greasy in the end. Adding sugar-free yogurt can improve the taste and make it more refreshing.

Cut the toast slices into cubes and set aside.
