Overview

I was tired of eating sweet bread pudding, which was hard with whole-wheat rusk, and I fried tomato meat sauce at home. I suddenly got the inspiration and came up with this. Ordinary bread pudding, baked with only eggs and milk, is a bit greasy in the end. Adding sugar-free yogurt can improve the taste and make it more refreshing.

  1. Cut the toast slices into cubes and set aside.

  5. Spread the marinated diced chicken on the surface and sprinkle with appropriate amount of pepper and salt powder. In the middle rack of the oven, heat up and down, 175 degrees, for about 25 minutes.
