Italian Butterfly Powder Farfalle
Overview
Farfalle means butterfly powder or butterfly noodles. It was written on the packaging of the pasta. I didn’t know what it meant at first, but I found out after checking it online. At the same time, the packaging also said that it is called Bowties, which means bow ties. I can’t help but think of the collars of Tsang Yam-quan and Chiang Dawei. People from Cantonese and Hong Kong also call them Bowies (transliteration), haha. With beef red sauce in hand, how about making a dish of Italian delicacies?

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, mince the meat at room temperature, dice the tomatoes, onions and tomatoes, and mince the garlic;
-
Place the pot on the stove, turn on medium-high heat, heat the butter, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant;
-
Pour in the celery cubes and stir-fry;
-
Pour in the ground beef and spread it with a spatula;
-
Pour in the diced tomatoes and stir-fry for a while;
-
Pour in the canned tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato sauce, stir evenly, add oregano, basil, thyme, salt, sugar and black pepper powder. If it feels too thick, add an appropriate amount of broth, mix well and taste. Generally speaking, use There are many tomato products, so sugar should be added in an appropriate amount. Therefore, the final step is to adjust the taste to have a moderate sweet, salty and acidity. After seasoning, it is ready to be cooked. If it is not used up at one time, it can be placed in a dense box in the refrigerator and can be stored for about a week.
-
Use a larger pot, add half a pot of water, pour it until it boils, add butterfly powder, and cook until it is cooked through. If cooked through, don't cook it too much. Then drain out the filtered water;
-
Turn the pot back on, put the pot on the stove, turn on the heat, pour in the beef tomato sauce, stir a few times, pour in the butterfly powder, and check whether the sauce is too thick. If it is too thick, add about 1/3 bowl of stock, and try again. The taste should not be too different at this time. The meat sauce itself is already relatively strong. If it is not salty enough, add a little salt. If the taste is too sour, add a little sugar;
-
Mix the meat sauce and butterfly powder evenly, put it on a plate, and sprinkle chopped fresh Parsley on top for decoration. If you don't have Parsley, you can skip this step.
