Overview

Grapefruit is a poplar branch, and evaporated milk is a nectar. Drinking a glass of it on a hot summer day is as refreshing as Guanyin spreading the nectar with willow branches. It can really be called the fairy dew on earth!

  1. Boil 2L cold water and put 100g sago into the pot;

  2. Stir constantly after the sago is put into the pot; cook over high heat for 10 minutes;

  3. Turn off the heat and simmer for 30 minutes;

  4. Rinse the cooked sago with tap water, then pour it into cold water and store it;

  5. Peel and cut the mango into cubes, use two-thirds for making juice, and cut one-third into cubes for later use;

  6. Take an appropriate amount of 2 pieces of grapefruit; mix the mango juice, coconut juice, light cream, mango chunks and grapefruit into the sago, stir well and put it in the refrigerator.
