Overview

Kewpie salad dressing is really delicious. My son didn't like the taste at first, but later he liked it when it was mixed with bread and the taste became apparent. It's also good when mixed with sushi. Pineapple fried dough sticks and shrimp is a signature dish of Taiwan and Hong Kong tea restaurants. I have always wanted to try making it myself. It is really delicious. My husband and son both said it is delicious. The pineapple mixed with salad dressing is amazing! The shrimp fritters are crunchy and a great dish.

  1. Have all materials ready.

  2. Peel and devein the shrimp, chop into puree, season with salt, cooking wine, pepper, and cornstarch, cut the fried dough sticks into sections, and cut the pineapple into cubes.

  3. Use chopsticks to pierce the fried dough sticks and stuff them with some shrimp paste.
