Cut green onions into sections.

Wash the soybean sprouts and drain them.

Wash, peel and shred the carrots.

Heat a pan, add a little oil, add green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add soybean sprouts and shredded carrots and stir-fry for a while, add salt and light soy sauce to taste and mix well.
