I have been in a bad mood recently, so eating some chocolate improves my mood. It tastes really great and my mood has improved.

Weigh 400 grams of milk. Because I only have skim milk at home, I replaced 80 grams of milk with 80 grams of whipping cream.

Add the sugar, salt and chocolate to the milk, heat over medium-low heat and stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

Add 100 grams of milk and cornstarch to a small bowl and stir until no lumps remain

Pour into the chocolate milk liquid and stir until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble. Reduce to low heat and continue stirring until thickened

Immediately pour into a clean container, cover the container with plastic wrap to prevent the skin from hardening, cool slightly and place in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours before enjoying.
