Crispy Pork Belly
Overview
This is a crispy pork belly dish made with an air fryer. The air fryer uses heat circulation to grill the skin to make it crispier! The skin is crispy and the meat is tender and juicy. Dip it in Korean BBQ sauce or Thai sweet and spicy sauce, and wrap it with lettuce. You can't stop eating it! 😄Friends who are interested in food can add me on WeChat (wf13709537368)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix the cooking wine, salt, and shredded ginger evenly into a piece of pork belly.
-
Wrap it in plastic wrap like this and refrigerate overnight to marinate.
-
Take it out of the refrigerator the next day, add water to a small pot and cook for 20 minutes.
-
After cooking, take out and drain the water. Use a toothpick to poke holes in the skin of the meat for 15 minutes. The more holes there are, the crispier the skin will be. (You can take a few more toothpicks and poke them together)
-
After the meat skin is poked, wrap the meat with a double layer of tin foil to expose the skin.
-
After placing the air fryer at 200 degrees for 30 minutes, take out the air fryer basket and use chopsticks to spread some of the tin foil wrapping the meat, then put it in and bake for about 15 minutes.
-
At the end of the roasting, take it out and slice it, or cut it into cubes. When it is heated, there is no tongs to hold the meat, so it will be cut unevenly.

Wrapped lettuce with Thai sweet chili sauce. Let’s eat!
