Milky Candy Cookies
Overview
This is a biscuit I made together with my son. Because they have activities at school, making biscuits is the easiest and fastest. I roll out the dough and my son presses out the shape with a mold. He has a great time. The next day when I handed out cookies to the children at school, I said, my mother and I made them ourselves!

Steps
-
Prepare the required materials and molds
-
Soften the butter, add caster sugar and a little salt and beat until puffy and thickened
-
Add the egg liquid in two batches and beat with a whisk
-
Beat until eggs and butter are completely combined and look light and fluffy
-
Sift the flour and add it, stir with a rubber spatula until the flour and butter are combined
-
Knead it into soft dough with your hands and let it rest for half an hour
-
When the dough is rising, crush the two kinds of candies and set aside
-
Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough into a thin sheet, and then use a cookie cutter to press out the shape (this is a Christmas cookie cutter)
-
Place greased paper on a baking sheet and place biscuits into the oven
-
Use a heart-shaped mold to cut out the other half of the dough, then use a piping tip to make a hollow in the middle
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees and it will come out of the oven in 18 minutes
-
For candy biscuits, first put the hollow biscuit embryo into the oven and bake it for 10 minutes, then take it out and put the candies in it and continue baking it for 8 minutes
-
Candy cookies should be cooled before taking them off the parchment paper
