Sour soymilk
Overview
Using soy milk and yogurt bacteria powder to make sour soy milk is suitable for vegetarians and people who are allergic to milk. The principle is the same as making yogurt.

Soak the soybeans one night in advance. There are 300 grams of soaked soybeans;

Put the soaked soybeans into the food processor in two batches, adding 500ml of water at a time

Use a food processor to make soy milk

Place a piece of cotton cloth in the pot, pour the beaten soy milk on the cotton cloth and filter (it is better to have a cloth bag for making tofu)

Don’t throw away the filtered bean dregs, you can make small tofu, etc.;

Turn on low heat and cook the soy milk,

Scoop out the foam while cooking, bring to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes;

Disinfect the inner tank and tools of the yogurt maker with boiling water

Cool the cooked soy milk to hand temperature and put it into the liner of the yogurt machine.

Pour in a small packet of yogurt powder;

Add 10 grams of sugar and stir evenly

The yogurt machine is plugged in and works for 6 hours

After 6 hours, scoop out a spoonful, like soft tofu
